Premsha Foundation works for the care, development, rehabilitation, education, and social inclusion of children with special needs and neurodevelopmental disabilities. We support children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Cerebral Palsy (CP), epilepsy and other neurological disorders, speech and language delay, hearing impairment and deafness, visual impairment and blindness, developmental delay and intellectual disability, and learning and behavioural difficulties.

Our aim is to help every child achieve their maximum developmental potential, independence, and participation in society, while empowering parents to become active partners in their child's development.

We follow a child-centred, family-oriented and multidisciplinary approach: early identification and developmental assessment of children at risk; early intervention and rehabilitation including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, behavioural intervention and special education; medical and developmental consultation for children with neurological and developmental disorders; parent counselling and training so that therapy and stimulation can continue at home; screening and referral services for children with hearing and visual impairment; community outreach programmes and camps; and school and community awareness programmes to promote early recognition and reduce stigma. We collaborate with healthcare professionals, schools, therapists, community organisations and government programmes to promote inclusion, dignity and equal opportunities for children with disabilities.
